As coronavirus COVID-19 cases climb past 1.3 million across the globe, there is no better time to seek immunity boosters for optimal health.
With no current vaccine available for the novel coronavirus, one of the best ways to avoid the virus, or limit its severity, is to maintain a healthy lifestyle while also practising sufficient hygiene.
