Famed for breathtaking haute couture gowns donned by Hollywood’s A-listers, Elie Saab is turning his hand to interior design.
The Lebanese fashion designer has collaborated with powerhouse developer Emaar to create a range of ethereal luxury real estate along Dubai’s most spectacular beachfront.
When it opens in 2023, Grand Bleu Tower will be the first Elie Saab-branded building in the world, boasting sweeping views of Emaar Beachfront and offering a first-class sanctuary for relaxation and utter indulgence.
“Reflecting the innate elegance and exceptional detailing, the sumptuous residences will mirror the luxurious heritage of Elie Saab’s style and signature,” Saab wrote online.
As the pinnacle of modern luxury, the complex will host a collection of sophisticated one- to four-bedroom apartments with the four-bedroom penthouse enjoying uninterrupted views of Dubai’s skyline.
Regal hues of gold and emerald green as well as cream and charcoal are seen throughout as the interiors blend Miami Art Deco with 1930s South Beach architecture, beautifully contrasting with the mesmerising blue ocean visible through floor-to-ceiling windows.
Saab’s haute couture savoir-faire marries Emaar’s design prowess, resulting in glittery suites of splendour and sophistication – the perfect oasis to retire to every day.
“Elegance is a statement, an attitude,” Saab says.
Saab, who launched his eponymous label aged 18 years old, and has since dressed the likes of Beyoncé and Jennifer Lopez, infuses the apartments with rich aesthetics complemented by his namesake furniture collection.

The apartment towers epitomise cosmopolitan living while its location in the heart of United Arab Emirates’ new maritime centre, Dubai Harbour, enables a decadent seaside lifestyle.
With exclusive access to the 1.5km private beach at the gated island destination in the Arabian Gulf, luxury retail shopping, state-of-the-art restaurants and a yacht club are just some of the added perks of living in the fashion designer’s dreamy apartment tower.
“We see the transformation around us as promising opportunities to create a new Emaar,” Emaar Properties Chairman Mohamed Alabbar says.
The jealousy-inspiring venture was celebrated at an exclusive gala dinner complete with an Elie Saab runway show in early April. The jaw-dropping collaboration is set to be part of a 20-tower residential community at Dubai Harbour.
