Back in the early 2000s, a group of US-based travel and leisure industry experts saw an opportunity to change the marketplace for the better. They would offer clients major benefits, including large discounts, and service levels that could previously only be enjoyed through a select number of giant chains. It would be called Eze Group and before long it was achieving great success, enabling it to expand across North America and into Europe. This growth was driven by consumers who were becoming more discerning and adventurous in terms of the places they visited, and the quality of the venues they wanted to stay in. These people also wanted to take more holidays and — of course — keep costs down.
With extensive travel-industry knowledge and the ability to leverage contacts, Eze Group was ideally placed to meet this demand. And as the holiday business grew, it also developed its proven approach to offer its clients a range of leisure and entertainment experiences right across the world.
Today, its original goal remains: to always combine service excellence with a wide range of exclusive holiday and leisure opportunities. And in recent years, it has also developed a first-rate booking service which now covers everything from executive car and limousine hire to sporting events, educational trips, and theatre tickets.
The CEO Magazine sat down with Dominic O’Reilly, the CEO of Eze Group, to find out what the company is doing to broaden its service offering, deliver the most value to clients, and tap into the wide world of sports.
