Managing Director of Exego Group John Moller has enjoyed a diverse career with some major corporations. His first role was with diversified technology and manufacturing company Honeywell. He was there for 10 years, getting his first taste of professional life and reaching a senior position before the age of 30. Afterwards, John moved to international building materials company, James Hardie, where he progressed from general manager of building automation to executive general manager for Australasia, and ended his tenure as executive vice-president for AsiaPacific.
With a decade of experience at James Hardie behind him, John moved to the publicly listed tug-boat operators Adsteam Marine as the companys managing director and CEO. John led Adsteam Marine through corporate restructuring and acquisition by the worlds largest shipping company AP Moller-Maersk until he left the company for Exego in 2007.
Exego is the leading distributor of vehicle aftermarket parts and accessories in Australia and New Zealand. The organisation sells to retail customers, particularly through its Repco network and also distributes to the trade, the independent workshops like Kmart Tyre and Auto, Midas, and Ultra Tune.
