Maybe it’s the quiet achiever working tirelessly in finance or the talented executive who you bounce ideas off in board meetings, there are countless individuals worthy of recognition. Celebrate the shining star of your company with hundreds of Australia’s leading business minds at The CEO Magazine’s 10th Executive of the Year Awards.
This year, we’re championing the leaders who wouldn’t necessarily put themselves forward, advocating those who typically stay quiet despite their extraordinary achievements.
From CEOs and managing directors to senior managers and entrepreneurs, if your colleagues drive leading organisations with outstanding results, they could be honoured with some of the nation’s most prestigious awards.
If you know someone who demonstrates excellence in their role, is employed in a full-time position in a private, public, not-for-profit or government organisation and lives in Australia, then they deserve to be nominated.
So much more than just another accolade to add to their name, the awards encourage career development through highlighting inspiring feats made by an individual as well as giving them the chance to reflect on their careers so far.
And it’s not just recognition for your colleague, but ultimate brand awareness for your company too. Not only will your business be showcased among the most prestigious ventures, including Maserati, but finalists will also be offered the opportunity to network with industry leaders at the opulent awards ceremony at The Star Sydney.
The whole nomination process takes less than five minutes. All you have to do is fill out the nomination form. Shortly after, you’ll receive an email and application pack from The CEO Magazine, which you then forward to the nominee and they do the rest.
While a nomination does not qualify as an official application, it will give the nominee the easy steps to applying officially – putting them in the running to become CEO of the Year, Real Estate Executive of the Year, Global Pioneer Executive of the Year, Corporate Responsibility Executive of the Year – the list goes on.
Achieving greater success could all start with one simple nomination. What are you waiting for?
