True or false? If you think it, it will come. For those who believe in manifesting – bringing something tangible into your life through attraction or belief – the answer to that statement is a resounding true. To manifest is a technique that can be used to land your dream job, get promoted, achieve great heights in a new business endeavour and so much more. And according to Kimberly Snyder, New York Times bestselling author and Founder of the holistic lifestyle brand Solluna, anyone can do it.
“We all have the birthright to be successful in our own unique way,” Kimberly says. “It’s inside each and every single one of us. Wipe off the mud, and the diamond is in there, always.”
As the New Year approaches, there’s never been a better time to sit down, dust off the undesirable debris of a pandemic-plagued year and harness the law of attraction to manifest your dreams and business goals into a reality.
“You have to have that knowing that you can and will be successful in whatever you are pursuing.” – Kimberly Snyder
Here Kimberly shares her five best steps for manifesting success in 2021 and beyond.
Manifest success in the New Year in five easy steps
- Clarify your purpose
- Write down your goals
- Dial in your morning practice
- Build your team and empower them
- Meditate
What is your why? What makes you so excited that your heart starts beating faster, and you tear up? What is it that you want to create in the world?
If you don’t get this down first, you might not get very far. Know what you want and own it. The clearer and more concise, the better.
There is something about writing things down that makes them feel more concrete. Instead of wishy-washy ideas, jotting things down shows you have created something that now exists in the world – if only on paper so far. The point is, you’ve given it some life, and that in and of itself is a big step forward.
Often, people may feel scared to dream big or to even give a voice to their dream. But when you write down your goals, there is research that strongly supports that you’ll have a greater chance of being successful.
In fact, a Harvard Business study found that the three per cent of graduates from its MBA who had written down their goals, ended up earning 10 times as much as the other 97 per cent put together – just 10 years after graduation.
How you start anything influences the whole extent of it, including the way you begin your day. My morning practice includes meditation and journalling where I write out my goals for the day.
I also drink hot water with lemon, take my Feel Good SBO Probiotics (gut health is critical for your success on many levels) and drink my Glowing Green Smoothie, which provides a lot of energy. Then, I’m ready to have an amazing day.
What happens when I don’t do my routine? I feel confused, muddled and dampened in energy right from the start – and that is no place to manifest success. So figure out a routine for the first 30 minutes or hour of your day and stick to it.
We can’t get very far on our own. You need your team to help you get to where you want to go. For me, it’s always been an energy thing. People can write whatever they want on their resume, but it comes down to a gut feeling when we hire people. We can feel how positive, aligned and passionate they are. Energy doesn’t lie.
After you hire the best people for your business, be sure to let them have some leeway to be creative and accomplish their work in their own ways. Allowing for freedom and recognition of excellence is important for your team to thrive, leading to their success and ultimately your success.
It might sound cliched, but you really have to believe in yourself. You have to have that knowing that you can and will be successful in whatever you are pursuing.
The yogis call the ego ‘the small self’. That’s when we get caught up in looking around at what everyone else is doing and feel doubt. We start to wonder if we’re good enough.
However, if you look within, then you will start to connect to your true, unlimited power. There’s no-one else that can be you, so you don’t have to feel competitive with anyone else.
You have something to offer that no-one else can. It’s as simple as that. Live and breathe that. Daily meditation is the single most powerful way to tune in to your real power and your real truth.
