Hundreds of top Singapore executives will celebrate the 20th British Chamber of Commerce Annual Business Awards – and you can be a part of it.
The prestigious event returns for its second decade, showcasing successful leading companies based in the island city-state south of Malaysia.
Regardless of company size, industry or business sector, the awards highlight positive changes and high achievements made throughout the year.
Enterprises registered in Singapore are encouraged to take part in the prestigious event, with opportunities across all seven categories, provided participants meet the respective guidelines: enhancing the journey; start-up excellence; future leaders; success in ASEAN; diversity and inclusion; digital innovation; and UK impact in Singapore.
The last is a special new category this year and will feature live voting by attendees at the Gala Awards Dinner in October.
More than 300 guests comprising C-suite executives and other professionals will enjoy a three-course meal alongside onstage entertainment. The gala dinner will be hosted by Singaporean Sharanjit Leyl of the BBC and will have a special presentation from a Singapore Minister.
The annual ceremony is the longest running awards initiative by an international chamber in the country, making it a truly memorable evening to be a part of.
The event was established as a way to strengthen ties between the UK and Singapore, and it has proved to be a roaring success.
With a focus on prestige, the award judges are the best in class and offer a formal judging process that filters through hundreds of applicants.
Entries close 6 June 2019 after which entrants – who don’t have to be members of the Chamber to enter – will be shortlisted. Up to five companies will be shortlisted per category.
Winners, excluding the UK Impact in Singapore category (which will be chosen by guests on the night), will be selected by the judging panel prior to the Gala Dinner to be held in Singapore on 6 October 2019.
Excellent food, hospitality and event management with leading organisations offer an idyllic opportunity to celebrate business achievements and positive changes at the British Chamber’s big night out.
To enter the Annual Awards, visit the British Chamber’s event website before 6 June 2019.
