Tom Cawley

Tom Cawley is a distinguished executive leader in the mining, renewable energy and sustainability space. As Executive Chair and Interim CEO of MaxMine, he provides leadership and strategic direction to drive the company’s growth. Tom has been a driving force in renewable energy since 2002 when he founded Balance Energy, a highly respected renewable energy company operating globally. He also served as a board member of the Energy Efficiency Council from 2009–2015 and has been a key part of the Australian Renewable Energy Agency’s Advisory Panel since 2013.
