Luca Martini is MD for Australia, New Zealand and South Korea within Accenture Strategy. His role focuses on advising clients on business strategy, operating models, digital strategies and innovation, cost management, customer strategies, human capital management, large-scale business transformation, and organisational change. He leads strategy and transformation initiatives with client organisations—from architecture through program development and operational delivery.
Prior to joining Accenture, Mr. Martini was a senior partner with more than 20 years at McKinsey. He has worked in more than 20 countries across Asia, Latin America, and Europe. Over the years, his client work has encompassed operations strategy, technology strategy, growth and innovation, and digital transformation. An Accenture alumnus, Mr. Martini’s first job was with Andersen Consulting, where he spent 5 years in the Strategy group before joining McKinsey.
Mr. Martini has a Master’s in Business Administration degree from the University of Verona, Italy. He is based in Sydney, Australia.
