In 2019 Kelly gave her first TedX talk on the future of work and has written over two dozen publications. She is also a sought-after speaker on how to apply new management and talent models in knowledge-based organizations. Kelly’s forthcoming book, ‘Essential: How Distributed Teams, Generative AI and Global Shifts Are Creating a New Human-Powered Leadership’, is available January 2025.
